Hi, you can file a divorce petition against your wife on the specified grounds based on your legal notices, before the jurisdictional family court. Make sure on what ground you are filing and need all evidence accordingly. Please contact me for further assistance.

Ans: if the address is correct, the rejection amounts to effective service of notice. now on the basis of the same you can file a divorce, and if she does not turn up there also you may get a decree in her absence.

You can file for a contested Divorce through the same lawyer or a different lawyer and have the case filed in the court.

Contested divorce is not mandatory to have a legal notice. So it is fine to direct to court and file for divorce
