How can I file divorce and claim maintenance case against my husband

I am a hindu housewife. My in-laws started harassing me for dowry , my Husband have affair with his brother’s divorcee wife from before my marriage they were staying together in same house at Andheri from 30 years, had illegal daughter I had son Smit Dubey When I asked for maintains & divorce, He harasses me that I can not do anything against him. I always get afraid that he will do something wrong with my family

Ur information is incomplete. When did u marry ? What is ur age and ur daughter ? If u knew his illicit relations with his brother's wife and had illegitimate daughter then why did u marry ? What action did u take ? etc.etc. U will get divorce on the basis of adultery if proper evidence is there. U will get maintenance for urself and for ur daughter too . U have to be firm once u take the steps. Regards
