Firstly to file divorce you need desertion for one year or more. Secondly do you both have any issue. If you dont have any issue and your wife is working you will need not to give any maintenance. you have to wait for 5 month more to file divorce act

To give an accrate reply would need more facts like religion of both parties, any children etc. But to give you a rough idea if her behaviour towards you has been cruel which includes leaving without readon , you can file for divorce , alternatively send her a legal notice to check if she is ready for a mutual consent divorce .
