How can I file a case for bigamy against my wife

if I found affair of my wife some other person and I refuse to accept to her as my wife and if she file a suit against me and demanding 50 lac rupees for divorce/compensation and if my capacity is not that much . what will consequences.will i can get the relaxation from the court side.
Dear client yr wife having affair with some body then collect proof of her affair like her call details and if possible photos with person. Then u can file case of adultery against them and yr case proved in court then u need not to pay any compensation. For any legal help call me

she has filed divorce/compensation against you then she has to prove your income source. That is burden on her to prove everything. You have prove that your financial condition is not that good to pay her. You need to prove her affair as well.
