How can I divorce my wife ?

how can i divorce my wife. we are married for 2 years and have a kid. her behavior is to annoying, she does not listen and even abuses my sick mother. please advice
You can file a Petition for divorce against your wife before the Jurisdictional Family court on the ground of cruelty and mental torture. I also request you to advise you wife on the differences between you both since there is a small kid, as a first. And after exhausting all your option of settlement then i suggest you to approach the court. Take an advice of an Advocate of your choice.
