How can a working wife claim maintenance

How can I claim maintenance from my husband ? he is into family business does not earn well & I m housewife but much qualified than him. He has filed for nullity in kalyan court & I don't have money to hire a lawyer or fight the case.
M answering considering both of you as Hindu , why he has filed for nullity inspite of Divorce pls explain weather your marriage is legal or not, any children's and you both are living separate since ? And you can file for maintenance and other reliefs ty considering your problem m ready to work for you
