Hoe initiate divorce proceedings and get custody of child
06-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
from last almost 1 year my wife leave home and gone to her parents house since that time she is not responding my call. then i desided to go her home but she file a police NC against me. and not getting to meet my son. what can i do for meet my son.
Firstly you should send a notice asking her the come back home with your son for enjoying the marriage life in 15 days from the date of receiving your notice, if she come back then it's ok else you file a petition for conjugal rights in family court. If after the mediation you both will be agreed for staying together then ok else th matter will be converted in divorce

Sir,
You can meet your son in school as you the father. You can send her a legal notice for a mutual consent divorce and jount custody of child, if no favourable response then file for one sided Divorce & custody. To discuss further option you can contact lawrato & meet me .
