Hindu lady seeking divorce from Christian man how to proceed legally

The hindu lady was compelled to marry a Christian man under special marriage act on a verbal promise that she will never be forced by the man and his family to get converted to christianity and she would be allowed to raise her children . But immediately after marriage the man and his family members started torturing the lady mentally as well as physically to get converted. In the mean time a child was born to the couple and the lady was not allowed to keep the child with her and the child was left with the girl's parents who took care of the child. No responsibility of the child, either social or financial was taken by the man. 2nd child was born. The man denied responsibility of this child also, continuing to torture the lady for conversion. Under which sections can the lady file a complaint against her husband and what is the possibility of getting divorce from such a man who has not taken any responsibility of her and her children. She is a working lady.
