have filed a restitution case but how to track wife's exact location?

Mine was a love marriage, married on 27th April 2011. But we disclosed it 2 months ago. Now my wife's family has not agreed and asking for divorce for i refused. I have sent them a legal notice last month to resume home but they didnt replied hence i have filed an restitution case against them. If they remarry my wife and send her out of my reach. how can i trace her? is there is any provision so that i can know her exact location?
You can very well file restitution petition by giving last know address of your wife were she resided. You can also file complaint to police and seek search of wife. As far as restitution petition goes you can issue notice on last know address and if not found can give public notice in newspapers through court and proceed in case and can get Exparte restitution judgment. Further you can also file for against in laws n seek search warrant or file private complaint in criminal court and seek search warrant. Of course through expert lawyer advice u should follow all these steps.

If you are unable to locate your wife or her family members are hiding her from you, initiate Writ Petition of habeas corpus before High Court. Your wife cannot remarry legally during subsistence of first marriage however if she does you can put criminal cases against your wife, her husband and her family members.
