Mujhe apne aap ko bachane k liye Kya Karna hoga aur kaise, Mera uske sath koi physical relation nahi hai, lakin ek photo maine galti se khichi thi jiski vajah se mujhe pe allegation laga hai, hum dono half nude main ek photo main hai, Sirf breast tak lakin Kuch karte hue nahi hai, Kya us lady divorce mil jayega, Kya main apne aapko sahi sabit kar sakta hu, Abhi court hearing k liye bulleya hai lakin mujhe Abhi nahi bulaya hai, Kya mujhe bhi Jana hoga court pls reply me in Hindi language thanks
Hanji court aapko bhi bula sakti hai aur aapko gawaahi ke liye court aapko warrant fekar bula sakti hai. Us aurat ka pati bhi aapke upar adultery ka case kar sakta hai kyunki relation hai ya nahi ye ek trial ka issue hai

There are lot of things which you would have done and got in place .Firstly why you did not reported the matter to the police stating your grievances secondly yes if you are being called in court you need to attend proceedings but besides this get a criminal case registered against her and make it a cross FIR case.Thirdly have not seen the complaint so exactly need to know under what sections the FIR has been lodged against you.
