You have to take the decision .be brave and analyse wether it was love or attraction.all attraction need not be love .and so also all love need not end in marriage.
So all love marriage need not successful.
Failure does not mean end of everything but beginning of new chapter.
If the love is lost out of marriage it is useless. Take a decision go for rectification of mistake .life is one why bother about past.go for divorce.

Look if you want divorce by mutual consent then the compulsary desertion require to qualify the same is 18months but in ur case u can ask the family court to consider your case, on the other hand if you both love each other and only due to your family hate you are facing separation, then I will suggest you to join the company of your husband above all, that will be way better for your present and future.
Thank you.

Well firstly I need to know what do you want to do. As if you want to get legally separate then we can go for divorce and accordingly there are other remedies available such as maintenance, interim maintenance etc. In case you want to stay with him then that remedy is also available and a petition can be filed to that effect. Its up to your willingness. Please call me for further details.
