Harassment by father can we claim maintenance and live separately

My parents was married in 1990. My dad gone mentally ill by 2004 or 2005 and he was being treated with disorder . In meantime our bussiness without my father consent was sold by my father brother and whatever property we have now belong to my dad. He now do domestic violence and absuse my mom and me. He try to kill us . I want to know how much money can i get so we can leave him and live our life happily
