Harassed by in laws what action can I take

Its been 6 months i have been married and have been mentally harassed by in laws and husband regarding my job, salary and me going and coming to moms house. In what way can i raise a complaint? because if this harrasment, i have been sick and in depression for almost 3 months.
If the behavior of your husband and in-laws is very rude towards you and if you thinks that you can't manage and you are not comfortable in living with your husband and in-laws then all the options are open for you. You can file a police complaint against your husband and your-in-laws. and you she choose to file a police complaint they themselves will refer your case to mediation center. You can also file a case under domestic violence act and can also demand maintenance.
