What can be the grounds to transfer a divorce case from one state to other?
To transfer a case from one state to another we have to file a transfer petition in Supreme Court and convince supreme court how you shall suffer irreparable justice if the case is not transferred .

This jurisdiction vests in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. A transfer petition can be moved and the court would consider it on the grounds of forum convenience of the parties. The convenience/inconvenience of parties would be considered in the case. The possibility of vedio conferencing is also looked into by the SC these days
