Grounds for divorce

Hello sir, my wife leave me since 45 days & want divorce but i m not want to give him divorce. She not send me any legel notice. Now my question is, how much days we seprate so court give us divorce. Please clear me. Thanks
No petition of divorce can be filed within one year of marriage.
If one year has not been elapsed since your marriage, then she cannot get divorce.
There are various grounds available for getting divorce, but most common on which divorce is applied are cruelty, desertion, incapacity to provide adequate maintenance and having extra-marital sex etc.
Even after one year of marriage, on filing the petition of divorce, the petitioner has to prove these grounds specifically according to law. General allegations are not sufficient.
