there are several judgments on protection residential right for married woman u/s DV Act. i suggest kindly meet a lawyer as per such situations and i may-assure you that your in-laws can not defeat your rights, well as far as your maintenance is concerned your husband is liable for that u/s 125 Cr pc. as well as DV Act.

FOR YOUR QUERY How to prove if husband is still staying in the matrimonial house but has got a false rent agreement and father says he has disowned his son from court orders.
