I got newly married in arya samaj mandir just 1 month ago but this marriage is only by emotional blackmaik now I know about the girl intention was only my property. how can I saprat from this girl as earlier.
You can only file the divorce only after a year ..according to Hindu marriage act one can only file a divorce only after the completion of one year of marriage... Until than u can file a informatory petition in the court of cjm
