Got divorce but wife not leaving home

Sir I have done a divorce case. My mom did a complaint case against in-law's and they did a dowry case against me,my mom and 2 sisters. Sisters are excluded in SP's supervision and mom got bail from honorable highCourt. I am Hindu. Now my wife didn't left my home even after calling by honorable judge of lower court. So please suggest me the best way to make free my home from my wife. Actually my wife and her family members having a greedy eye on my home. Now tell me the best way and pros and con's of your suggestion.

As per your question you want to slit your life from his wife hence, for the sake of this you have filed divorce case. You have mentioned in your query that Hon'ble Court have ordered to your wife for physical presence but she denied. It is good and helpful in your divorce case because she is herself reducing credibility before Court and you have opportunity to place before the Court regarding carelessness and disobeying behavior towards the Court. Kindly clarify that whether your wife filed a dowry case against you as per your question so that I can reply accordingly. In India, it is very difficult for husband to get relief in dowry case hence, we should file a Dowry case very careful against his wife.
