Girlfriend married with someone else can she marry me as well?

My girlfriend got married 4-5 days back with someone else. She wants do to court marriage with me as well. Can i do that? What are the consequences that we can face?

Second marriage during the life of the spouse is prohibited in India. You can marry her only if she succeeds in obtaining the divorce from her present husband/ or if you are able to prove that there was no marriage teken place between them. If will marry her without the dissolussion of present marriage:
1. Her husband can file a criminal complaint for bigamy.
2. On the event of sexual intercourse between you two he may file a criminal complaint for adultery.
There are other civil and criminal law provisions which can be invoked by her husband.
