Girl left after 5 days of marriage threatening to file dv case

i was married on 29nov15, temple marriage. after 5days she returned back to her home along with her parents with all the jewelries and some cash avaliable as i was out of station. now she is not coming back and her father is asking for 7lakh for maintenance in order to take divorce. a new story came in light that she is already a divocee before my marriage and has done the same incident there also from there they git 8lakh as a maintenance thru court. her father is now blackmialing me for 498a and asking for money. what to do? I have evidence that she has done the same thing previously also.
