Getting direction from supreme court to expedite the MFA hearing

01-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My MFA in Bangalore high court is not heard despite getting early hearing order from it.High court passed early hearing order for my early hearing application in 2015 but still not heard my MFA. 1.I would like to know under what article/section of law I will approach supreme court? My fundamental right of speedy justice under article 21b, 14 are violated. So will it be a writ in supreme court under article 32? 2.Or it will be an appeal? 3. I do not have job since last one year so will middle income group supreme court legal service help me in my case?

yes the supreme court legal aid may help you in case they find that your matter is suitable and has merits in it. i would not suggest you to approach the HOn'ble Supreme Court until i know the orders and what orders are to be challenged in the court. i would rather tell you that file an application in the High court and mention the matter and tell the court to fix a time or date for your matter as the previous orders have not been implemented till date
