Gave money to wife during marriage, now she is asking for maintenance

Dear Sir/Madam, I have married life of total 4 years, fighting in court for last one year. My inlaws have taken Rs 12 Lacks from me during one year of marriage. This money has transferred online to wife account. She then transferred to her parents account. I have a phone call record with my wife, in that conversation she agreed that her parents have taken money from me. Now my wife is claiming for maintenance. Can i file cheating case against my wife and her parents for this. I have already given 12 lacks to her, even then should i give maintenance also. Pleas suggests. Thanks Reddy
