Friend's wife filed false 498 A case against him

My friend and his wife have no children after the marriage of 5 yrs. Medicals were conducted for both. Results showed normal for my friend while his wife had thyroid and minor uteral problem in conceiving, which was subsequently corrected by operation. Even after that she did not conceive as thyroid posed problems. My friend and his wife fought over this issue and are living separately. Even counciling has failed. She has filed complaint on my friend and his family under 498a and dp act r/w sec 3 and 4. Which are absolutely false. Please advice how my friend can get divorce from her as she is not willing to give divorce.
