Forced to marry in Arya Samaj Mandir now i want to marry someone else

Hi My family did my marriage without my choice in may with a person in arya samaj mandir but not registered in marriage registrar .this was only for got certificate from arya samaj , i was never went to my inlaws house my marriage is planned with same person in november with hindu rites , but i dont want to get marriage with him and dont want to live with him . i like another person , I want to do marriage with him. Is this marriage is valid ? How can i do marriage with another person of my choice
If you got married in the month of May and the consent was taken by force, you should raise your voice well before. Now it is hard to prove the things, So in my opinion you have to file a petition of Divorce before the Competent Court and after passing the decree of divorce you would be able to marry again.

This Marrige is valid . Although it's not registered with marriage registrar but it is registered in arya samaj mandir register . So you have to apply for cancellation of your marriage in ARYA samaj mandir from there you get talaknama . Then apply for the same in court or directly apply to the court then you get decree and you can remarry with your choice
