First motion signed and half payment done now wife denying

What happens in a case where a joint petition is filed for divorce and 50% of the settlement money has been paid on the first motion date by the husband, and the wife has disagreed for divorce on the second and final motion date ?? How can the husband get the money paid to the wife.??

Husband may give complaint to the judge regarding the act of wife, he may advice or push her council to close this issue, or Husband have right to file separate divorce petition the same court, onotherwise it is very difficult to recover from her.

IF THE WIFE DISAGREES , THIS AMOUNTS TO BREACH OF TRUST / CONTRACT.YOU CAN APPROACH THE RESPECTIVE COURT BY A MEMO SUBMITTING YOUR GRIEVANCE TO GET BACK THE 50% QUANTUM ALREADY PAID IN THIS REGARD.
