First motion of mutual divorce is completed, wife not withdrawing 498a

Mutual consent divorce filed, 6 months waiting period, settlement half amount paid by cheque on filing of first petition, time to move court for 498A withdrawal, but more than 2.5 months elapsed still cheque not cashed in. Are we in trouble again
Dear client if cheque not cash then u can deny to withdraw 498 a case . U can also remain absent in mutual divorce case on second motion if u not received agreed amount. For any legal help call me
