Filing divorce on epilepsy is justifiable

Hi,I am Sakshi Rathore,I am epileptic before my marriage and informed my husband aboutthe same beofre marriage,but now he is planning to get divorce on this ground & take my kids away from me.I have 2 kids.Is it justifiable?My in laws & husband have mentally tortured me alot.sometimes they have also beaten me.he took 20 lakhs as dowry in marriage & even all my gold was given to jeweller when he was sufferring from loss in business & I did that happily because I wanted him happy.Inspite of all those things he wants to get separate.in his family all his brother had 2-3 marriages.Please suggest!
Hi Sakshi I would suggest u to file fir against whole family under Sec 498A as than only the can understand and if u have proof u can further with court and ask for the alimony as they will know understand while filling a fir in ur near police station.

If your husband knows that you have epilepsy for your marriage then he can not take advantage for same and therefore he can not file a divorce on epilepsy ground.
If your parents gave him dowry then you can file police complain against him.
