Filed Section 498A case against husband now he is recording our calls

I had file FIR against my husband on IPC 498a at police stations and NATIONAL WOMEN Commission too against his entire family. Still we talk in phone and sometimes we meet. I realised he is recording my conversations on phone. Question : this can use as evidence against me ?? I am Hindu

Yes madam he can use it as evidence but the procedure to prove is not easy as there are separate rules which have to be followed for proving electronic evidence, hence please see you don't talk about such things which makes your case weak and false.
