Filed maintenance cagetse husband not coming can i get inlaws property

I am Hindu Logan's and my husband is not coming to court and court is just issuing warrants and warrants are not received since 1year I have also filed 127. Husband has gone Pune and I don't have address,and in-laws are not taking any paper.what shall I do shall I file for property of my father-in-law as he is rich and has everything on his name or take divorce ex-party without any money? Shall I file 498 or some other case?
You have a right to maintenance from husband for yourself and your kids under section 125 of Cr.P.C. and under the Hindu marriage act.
1) Daughter in law has no right in the self acquired and inherited property of her in laws.
2) She only has right to stay in matrimonial home of her husband under Divorce act.
