Filed filed false DV Case she is earning will she get interim

My wife filed false DV and asked interim maintenance along with other concessions from court. I am yet to file say. She is MBA and working. She hidden this fact from court in her DV statement. I have proof of her lies. All proof are govt. RTI responses.Now for interim discussion will happen. She earn in 20k but I earn around 1 lakh. Will interim still be awarded? What factors will be considered in interim maintenance even she came to court with unclean hands? Can crpc 340 can be filed at this stage?
yes you can file an application under section 340 cr.pc along with your reply to DV filed by her. as per law it is mandatory to maintain your wife as per your status. as you are well off then her and she is also earning but you may have to pay her interim Maintenance as per the court.
