Filed divorce case how can I get back my flat

i filed a divorce case in 2008, still running in a court, ( i am Hindu ) till 2011 wife was residing at my parents house, where i am residing with my kids, in 2011, she trespassed my flat at dwarka a residing alone there, it is 3BHK, i want to get possession, how early i can get my flat from her , what is the best solution, i want to sell it, but she is residing. she tried two times to get stay from lower court, but not succeed. i won domestic voilance case also in lower court in the month of Jan 2016. both kids are leaving with me at my parents home,
respected querist, in respect of the property we need to file civil suit or other remedy ... but that will be accordingly... please contact us for best remedy... we have our office in dwarka itself....

You have every right to sell your flat being the absolute owner, file a Suit for Possession against her, to recover the Possession, on the basis of trespassing by her.
You can also appraise the court about the false case of Cruelty (as you won) file by her, bay saying the real motive of her to grab your property, not to establish the Domestic Institution
