Filed case against In laws now what is the next step to take

I got married on 2014 and after facing tremendous mental and physical torture,conspiracy of my in-laws I got separated after 6 months,after 1 year My Fatherinlaw sent 226 notice at my parental house.After few months I submitted a complaint .On the basis of the complain police started case in 498/406/34 I.P.C & Sec4 D.P. Act. After a week police seized some Stridhan articles from in-laws house but most of the thing was not there at that place.Please assist me in the matter.How I could get out of these situation with proper legal advice. I really want Divorce this time.Please assist me.
