14-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I got marriage before one year, I have complained about my husband and his family for dowry harrassment and some personal tortures also my husband is deaf, himself and his family hided it. Police gave me FIR complaint under section Indian penal 1860 sections 498(A), 406,506(1) and dowry prohibition 1961 section 4. Police told they will investigate on 10 Oct. One of his family member came and informed that he will bring his family on 15oct. I got news like that he got anticipatory bail before investigation. Now what will happen to them and what should I have to do? What those section mean?
