family pressure marriage not registered in court is valid or not

Marriage in india since 4 month Initially I objected this fought very much but my family emotionally me by that my father will die and all. Now i unable to have sex with my wife as i dont have that feeling for her i am emotionally connected to my 6 year old love. I also didn't yet register my marriage will i get benefit of this? Please suggest asap. I have all the recordings stated that i dont want to be with her beacuse i dont feel anything Then i can get stuck in her any false cases? My family hit me threat me to throw me out of house and complaint of me my family supports only my wife also my family and my wife forces me to have sex with my wife asap i have recording of this
