As per your history she seems to be an influencial lady and there is no other option left except to proceed with the case and fight for justice before the court of law. Rest can be said after gone through the entire facts

Have you filed any complaint or any information given in the local PS when your wife left home ??
What are your grounds for rcr, as you cannot demand rcr and divorce at the same time, your intentions seems to be doubtful. Who is having the custody of child?
As to proceed further for divorce these ans are required

Hi
You can go ahead with principle of triple talaq and rest file a counter case on Beowulf of the mother in law for harassment
Further you can go head with custody matter
Once pressure is built on other side you can probably get a settlement in reasonable terms

Well if she wants divorce then there is no final outcome for the same as even if RCR has been filed she won't be attending the proceedings. Therefore the ideal way is proceed ahead with divorce proceedings file a divorce on basis of cruelty and dessertion .
