False DV case filed by wife

my wife harrasing me since marriage and filed 498 dpa eventhough i didnt take a single rupee, now with support of their parents and others forcebly trying to stay with me i cant bare with her how can i get divorce

Hi,
You can file for divorce on the following grounds
1) your wife filing false cases against you under 498A and
2) causing mental and physical harassment to you and your family and
3) defamation and
4) Irretrievable break down of marriage.
Pls note that the fact of filing 498A case by itself is good grounds for courts to grant divorce.
