False dowry case for harassing my family. Asking for father's property

My brother wife file dowery case on my family which is false. me and my family not staying with them we are staying in different state. after 7years of my brother marraige she file a dowery case.and demanding my father property and telling if not give will send you all in jail. Please suggest what can we do?
