False dowry case filed by brother's wife what action can we take

My brother had married near to 1.5-2 years back. He has a daughter. I was satisfied just after meeting my brother's wife that she is not a good girl. She was seemingly uneducated (but she has bachelor degree), did not know how to talk.. worst village woman when married she was 35-36 year). And till now I have never spoken to her or never went to my home after brother's marriage. She has filed a false dowry case. Dowry is the option which can not be taken even in dreams by my family
We advise your brother to defend the false case filed against him. Inaddition we suggest he should file a divorce case on the ground of cruelty under Section 13(1) of Hindu Marriage Act
