False dowry case filed by brother's wife on whole familly

Dear Sir, One fake Dowry case FIR has been filed on our whole family by my brother wife. My Brother is unemployed since last 5 year. We all other are government employee. Opposite party knowing this thing that she could not get anything from my brother as he is unemployed, she has filed FIR on all of us , so she may get money as extortion. FIR neither is acknowledged by us nor any information has been given from Police station. From internal sources we got such information and FIR copy is with us unofficially. Now what is going on here , is opposite party advocate is harassing on phone.
