False domestic violence case filed what to do

My wife willingly walked off from my house 2 yrs ago and now she has filed a case of domestic violence against me and my family, she is not with me for the past 2 yrs and 1 month, can this be taken against her, she also took my daughter with her. Pls help
Since the matter is in Court you have to file your reply which is your defence where you can state the correct facts explaining she had on her own left the matrimonial home without any reason. She will have to prove that she had left because she was being ill treated there.

In such case you should contest the case and defend your side very strongly, this not FIR for what you can go to High Court for Quashing, If it is Possible for you approach for Mutual Compromise and then after for mutual divorce, this will just save your Time and Money, DV case is not so Serious, as it may cost you just Monetary Compensation.
