False domestic violence case filed against my mother what can I do.

Dear Sir My maternal uncle who is 74 years of age married a 42years of Divorce Women in Jan 2015, After Nikaah My Uncle came to know that she was married before and do not hold any Divorce certificate. For coupe of days his wife was behaving good after after few days she started showing her colors , misbehaving rudely, bad words andany things, so after one month my uncle went to US for his Heart Surgery and than came back in Sep 15 n gave him Talaq Verbally.He again went to US in May2016. After this she filed a Flase Domestic Violence Case against my Mother n my Cousin, aledging that We spoke bad words to her and so on. As my uncle is still in US , How can my Mother and Cousin Name can be Discharged or remove from the case.
