Got intercaste marriage last year.my father in law don't like my caste & he did not accept our mrg.after year passed he called my wife & said I will arrange job for both plus come home.then she went home whole family brainwashed her & filed case on me on grounds of dv & dowry
HI if you are very clear that your wife and her family members filed false complaint then you can file for divorce on the grounds of cruelty committed by your wife as the false case filed by your wife amounts to cruelty and your wife will withdraw case if you filed case against her on grounds of cruelty

Please file a case of Restitution of Conjugal Rights against your wife. It appears your marriage is a love marriage. However, if she does not want to stay with you, there is no other go except leaving her. But, if you want to protect your marriage, you need to file RCR so that she can come up with her view in the case whether she wants to stay with you or not.
