False case of dowry compromised. What case can i file on girl now?

I have 2 queries: 1) If someone has filed a false dowry case against me and has taken it back also (through compromise affidavit), what all are the back cases I can file against the girl's family? Is defamation one of them? 2) May I file defamation at my own, I don't have money to hire a lawyer to file the cases?

yes you can file on your own but you do not the procedure but in that case where you filed you can said t the Judge that you don't have money to Pay the Lawyer so kindly Grant me legal Panel Advocate in that Judge referred you the lawyer without any cost.
