False allegations put by wife after 2 years of marriage

Hi I am a doctor. Married life lasted only for 2 months.no kids. We lived separate for 8 months. She made all false cases DV , dowry. , impotence allegations in the separated period. Then I filed for divorce after 1 year. she filed a RCR .will the court accept this sort of things, after many insults n false allegations by her. How will the court react. Plese give ur opinions.
If you could prove that those allegations are all false before the family court that it would help you to prove cruelty on part of your wife and would make your case easy. Usually restitution of conjugal rights is filed by the other spouse to show their genuineness and willingness to live together as a counterblast for divorce petition. In spite of this petition, the court will consider the attitude of the other spouse by their other acts. So it would not affect the case if there is strong evidence showing cruelty on her part.

Mr. Doctor - filing false allegations or true allegations - filing case is very easy but all the facts suppose to be proved by the petitioner. without looking at the petition of DV, Dowry, Divorce petition - comments cannot be shared.
