False allegations by husband for divorce what can I do

My husband send me divorce letter some days back and that contain false allegations that I had not lived with him for last 12 years and not slept with him in same bed and not allowing him in the house.All that allegations are false and I have full proof.. Can I file defamation case against my husband in that matter ?..please advice
First off all you must appear in divorce petition filed by him and have to deny all allegations. Also you have to put your side before court. If you want to save marriage then you can file case for restitution of conjugal rights against him.
