False accusations of cheating how can I get out of it

Last year I used to talk to a lady colleague of mine for two months over WhatsApp. There was nothing immoral or lewd in our chat. But her husband tried to use it as a weapon for obtaining divorce. He went to a lawyer and filed a divorce petition . Later on the petition was withdrawn. My name was not mentioned in the petition but he verbally told the lawyer about me. Since January 2016 they have been living in a foreign country. Now they are supposed to come back to India as I have heard. My question is, can the person file any divorce petition again and frame me falsely. Actually I am a bit baffled because the person is unpredictable. Trust me I have never indulged in anything illegal.
If there was nothing immoral or lewd in your chat u must have got the record of the same. He simply make allegation without having any proof of the same. Whatever he has to have a proof of it. Without he can do nothing. For details and if u want to know further feel free to contact me.
