14-Oct-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Dear Sir/Madam, I got married 4 years back and issues with wife from the day one. She always used to say she wanted to marry his relative who is a rich man but unfortunatly married me, she does not want me to talk or stay with my parents, threaten me that she wanted suicide and always suspect me and link with other girls with no reason. She even braten me 4-6 times. 4 months back i informed my family regarding this. Even after 10 times counciling given by both side elders in this 4 months sistuation is same and finally she attempted suicide. We wrote property share agriment and applied for mutual divorce. After 40days she came back and wanted to stay with me which i am denying. She now filed a false DV in district level women and child welfare office. I have to attend on 20th of this month. What would be my next step. Please advise. Thanks

You should file appropriate response to the petition filed by your wife under the DV Act to as to have adequate defense in your favour on record of the Court. Please see to it that the facts as narrated by you would become a part of the defense sought to be set up.
