Doubts regarding fiances earlier marriage from his divorce decree

I have a doubt in my fiancé's divorce decree. In his decree, written that " WHEREAS the Petitioner then a divorcee nee name...... married with the respondent then a divorcee on 17/04/2013 at Mumbai according to Hindu Vedic rites and ceremony." My doubt is whether this was his first marriage or second marriage as it is already mentioned a divorcee.

As it is clearly mentioned he was a divorcee at on 17/04/2013 when the marriage took place definately that is his second marriage ( possibility of more cannot be ruled out till you check his previous divorce decree)

When it is mention divorcee it means It's his second marriage. Or else it will be always comes bachelor and spinster
