The solution for this is make a Domestic violence complaint in the police station so that they will get a lesson. If they are harassing you, you can go to the nearest police station for the same and make a complaint against them. For more details call on my number.

I assume that you want to go back to your matrimonial home , if your husband is not coming to fetch you , you return with your baby on your own . In the event they don't allow you in or harass you call 103 and police will assist you , additionally you can contact the protection officer in your area who will write your complain and even file it in the court for protectection against domestic violence. For more details you can contact me.
