Is divorce notice from an advocate.or from court? Are you working or housewife? If it is from court then you need to contest strongly through a lawyer and also file case under DV Act and also claim maintenance if you are housewife and or having insufficient income.

Im writing this to you with great concern as you r in a vulnerable state. Kindly approach your local police station for immed help. Pls involve your parents. Kindly do not consider divorce as an end of your life. This is only a social stigma. This cd be a new beginning for you. There r lot of ngo's who wd come forward for your help till you are in a stable position. Pls start respecting yourself n pls understand your life is very important n live with people who respect you. Thanks

decree of divorce can only be granted if the ground on which divorce sought by your husband is established. you file a reply to the divorce petition denying the allegations made agaibst you and try a mediation sitting which always help in such situations. also be careful about your rights of maintenance, and your child's living and maintenance.

You can file a complaint against your Husband and In laws to the police under section 498A IPC or under Domestic violence act or both.

Additionally you can claim maintenance from your Husband under section 125 Crpc by filing a claim before Family Court.

If you are a Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist or a Jain, you can also claim maintenance pendente lite I.e. maintenance while the case is ongoing. Also here you can consider filing for divorce for cruelty and you will still be entitled to maintenance from husband.

Marriage and maintenance are subjects of family law and have direct relation to the religious practice under which the parties were married.

Hi, as I can access that u being tortured by ur husband n ur inlaws nd also having monetary problems as u belong to middle class family. Ok. U have to file two petitions before the concerned courts .First one regarding maintenance's under section 125 Cr.Pc ND other one petitions u/s 12 of D. V. Act. Beside that just file a detailed complaint before the concerned CAW cell. That will be more than sufficient to cover the ulterior motives of ur husband ND ur inlaws. Thanx n regards to share ur problems with me..... Adv. Kumar Anand.
